Kung Fu Book Rare

Hey everyone, I normally wouldn't try to sell anything here, but I'm trying to pay off a student loan and then buy my parents a cruise for their anniversary, and I don't have enough money yet, even with two jobs. So, this rare book, about a martial art called San Soo, is what I'm trying to sell. San Soo is supposed to be the first martial art created, back in the B.C. times, and was brought to America by Chim Su Duk, or Jimmy H. Woo, as he was called here. His partner, Frank Woolsey, has written this book about the core San Soo techniques, and it's illustrated, has a lot of lessons in there of the physical and philosophical nature (no, I don't mean "chi"). It's a very effective martial art, and this book is great. He refuses to make and sell more copies, and his copyright is long expired, so me selling it is totally legit. Used copies online go for 2500 dollars! That's ridiculously unfair in my opinion, so I hope you'll find my price way more reasonable. I have a limited amount of copies, and the shipping is free on my eBay page, so if you want one, please let me know quickly. I really need this money so I can get out of debt and bless my parents with that cruise. My asking price is $400, $450 if you buy right away. I know that seems like a lot, but this book is ridiculously rare, and so valuable in knowledge of how to defend yourself with your whole body as quickly and efficiently as possible.
